Charlie Kolar knew his new haircut would elicit a reaction, so he wore a skull cap into the Under Armour Performance Center Thursday.
He waited for the perfect time, then pulled it off in the locker room in front of Lamar Jackson.
Jackson burst into laughter and grabbed his phone camera to document this beauty.
We caught up with Kolar after lunch to get the story behind the new stitch braids hairdo.
"I just wanted to try something new," Kolar said. "I've never really seen a white guy with twists or braids before, so I wanted to see how it looked."
Kolar asked around the team to see who had a stylist, and specifically went to running back Justice Hill because Kolar thinks he has great braids. Hill hooked him up with the woman he goes to, Kia, who posted her masterpiece on Instagram.
"It came out better than I thought, honestly. I didn't know how it would look. But I thought it was solid," Kolar said.
"It's kind of funny. I don't take myself too seriously. It's also May. It's not like we're in the middle of the season. I have time to take it out."
